Ralph Harris
Ralph Harris (10 December 1924 – 19 October 2006) was a prominent British economist and the long-serving General Director of the Institute of Economic Affairs (IEA), a leading neoliberal think-tank he helped establish. He was created Baron Harris of High Cross in 1979 and is widely recognized for his influential role in shaping free-market economic policies in the UK.
