Rachel Boehm

Rachel Boehm is an award-winning journalist turned workplace wellness organizer and advocate who was raised in Austin, Texas. She draws on her personal experiences with bullying, fat shaming, disordered eating, and emotional abuse to change the dialogue around workplace well-being. She is the author of the book 'I Am Not!', released on June 26, 2020.
