R. Pearsall Smith

Robert Pearsall Smith (1827–1898) was a prominent American Quaker lay leader in the Holiness movement and a key figure in the Higher Life movement in Great Britain. He was also a businessman in Philadelphia who published maps and managed a glass factory, and he authored the foundational work 'Holiness Through Faith' (1870). Smith is recognized for shaping the Holiness movement across the United States, England, and Germany.
