Phyllis A. Balch

Phyllis A. Balch (née Henning; September 18, 1930 – December 31, 2004) was a certified nutritional consultant and one of the biggest-selling dietary and supplement authors, best known for her book Prescription for Nutritional Healing[1]. Born in Logansport, Indiana, she became a leading nutritional counselor for over two decades and testified before the US Congress on natural healing[1][3]. She died in Cape Coral, Florida at age 74[1].
