Phillip Glenn

Phillip Glenn is a Professor of Communication Studies at Emerson College, where he teaches courses in Conflict and Negotiation and Positive Communication. He is the author of 'Laughter in Interaction' (Cambridge University Press, 2003) and co-editor of 'Studies in Language and Social Interaction' and 'Studies of Laughter in Interaction'. His scholarly research focuses on how people organize spoken interactions while jointly creating meanings, identities, and relationships.
