Philippe Compain

Philippe Compain is a Professor of Organic Chemistry at Strasbourg University, specializing in organic synthesis, glycochemistry, multivalency, and inhibitors. Born in Savigny-sur-Orge, France, he earned his Engineer degree in chemistry from CPE Lyon. In 1998, he received the Dina Surdin award and has co-authored works such as 'Iminosugars: From Synthesis to Therapeutic Applications.'
