Philippa Gregory
Philippa Gregory CBE is an English historical novelist born on January 9, 1954, who has been publishing since 1987. She is one of the world's foremost historical novelists, best known for her bestselling novel The Other Boleyn Girl (2001), which won the Romantic Novel of the Year Award and has been adapted into films. A recognized authority on women's history with a PhD in 18th-century literature from the University of Edinburgh, she has written 39 books primarily set in the Tudor period and 16th century.
