Philip L. Cooley

Philip L. Cooley is an American finance professor emeritus at Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas, where he taught for many years and became known for his work in finance and retirement planning. He is also a coauthor associated with the influential Trinity study on sustainable retirement withdrawals, and he has served as a director and vice chairman at Biglari Holdings Inc.
