Philip Henry Pettit

Philip Henry Pettit was a British legal scholar and professor of equity at the University of Bristol, best known for his influential textbook *Equity and the Law of Trusts*, which he revised through 12 editions. He also wrote on landlord and tenant law and served as president of the Society of Public Teachers of Law.
