Peter Roop
Peter Roop is an award-winning author and educator who, along with his wife Connie, has published over one hundred children's books, including the Reading Rainbow selection Keep the Lights Burning, Abbie.[1][3] They have written biographies, historical fiction, general fiction, and science books, and in 2013, the Wisconsin Library Association recognized the Roops as Notable Wisconsin Authors; Peter was named a Wisconsin State Teacher of the Year.[1][6]
