Peter Marchand

Peter Marchand, born in Belgium in 1963, studied philosophy, communication sciences, and environmental engineering before becoming a student of Harish Johari at age 20, with whom he studied for 16 years until Johari's death in 1999. He co-founded Sanatan Society around 2001 to promote Johari’s teachings and began teaching yoga in 2005, developing Tantric Advaita, an integral approach combining Tantra and Jnana yoga with emphasis on Samadhi practice. Marchand has authored several books including 'The Yoga of Truth' (2007), 'Love Your Ego' (2019), 'Tantric Advaita' (2022), and 'Samadhi, the Deep Meditation Handbook' (2024).
