Peter Corke

Peter Corke is an Australian roboticist and distinguished professor of robotic vision at Queensland University of Technology, recognized as a pioneer in robotics control, visual servoing, and quadcopter development[1][3]. He spent 16 years at CSIRO as a senior principal research scientist before joining academia, and has made significant contributions to online education through MOOCs and the widely-used Robotics Toolbox for MATLAB[1][2][4]. He was named the 2017 Australian University Teacher of the Year and served as editor-in-chief of the IEEE Robotics & Automation Society Magazine from 2010-2013[4].
