Pete Earley
Pete Earley is an American author and former journalist who has written 22 books, including four New York Times bestsellers such as The Hot House and the Pulitzer Prize finalist Crazy: A Father’s Search Through America’s Mental Health Madness.[1][2] After a 14-year journalism career, including six years at The Washington Post, he became a full-time author in 1986, focusing on nonfiction exposés and novels.[1][4] Earley is also a mental health advocate, having testified before Congress and spoken in 49 states.[2]
