Percy Dearmer

Percy Dearmer (1867–1936) was an English Anglican priest, liturgist, and hymn writer best known for *The Parson's Handbook* and for editing *The English Hymnal*. He was also a Christian socialist and an advocate of social justice and the public ministry of women in the church.[1][2]
