Penelope Casas

Penelope Casas was an American food writer and cookbook author best known for introducing English-speaking readers to Spanish cuisine through her cookbooks and magazine writing. Her work for publications such as Food & Wine, Vogue, and The New York Times helped popularize regional Spanish cooking in the United States.[1][2]
