Paul Hoppe

Paul Hoppe is an award-winning illustrator, graphic novelist, and children's book author originally from Poland, raised in Germany, and now residing in Brooklyn, Massachusetts, or California depending on context. He has illustrated for publications like The New York Times, The New Yorker, and The Wall Street Journal, and created works such as the picture book Hat (translated into seven languages), The Woods, and the Last-But-Not-Least Lola series. Hoppe co-founded the comic anthology Rabid Rabbit, serves as a typographer, and has collaborated on stories drawing from real-life adventures on Wall Street and extreme sports.
