Paul Dini
Paul Dini is an American writer, animator, and comic book artist best known for his work on *Batman: The Animated Series* and other titles in the DC Animated Universe. He also co-created Harley Quinn, one of DC Comics' most popular characters, and has written for comics, television, and video games.[1][2][3]
