Patrick Regan OBE is a British author, activist, and speaker known for his work in mental health, wellbeing, and social justice. He founded the youth charity XLP in 1996 and later co-founded Kintsugi Hope, and he has written several books including "Brighter Days," "Bouncing Forwards," and "When Faith Gets Shaken."
