Patricia Hubbell
Patricia Hubbell was an award-winning American author and poet specializing in children's picture books and poetry, with a career spanning nearly forty years. Born in Bridgeport, Connecticut, on July 10, 1928, she began writing poetry at age eleven and published notable works like Wrapping Paper Romp, selected as a Parents Magazine Book of the Year in 1998. A lifelong resident of Easton, Connecticut, she passed away in summer 2022.
