Patricia B. Mitchell

Patricia B. Mitchell was an American food writer and historian from Louisiana, known for research and writing on food history. She began food writing as a contributor to The Community Standard magazine in the French Quarter of New Orleans in the early 1970s and authored well over one hundred titles, many of them still in print.
