Pat Chapman
Patrick Lawrence Chapman (1940–2022) was an English food writer, broadcaster, and author best known for founding The Curry Club and authoring the Cobra Good Curry Guide. He wrote numerous books on curries and Indian cuisine, served as a chef, journalist, and television cook, and chaired the judging panel for the Asian Catering Federation awards. Born in London during the Blitz, he was a prominent figure in promoting curry culture in the UK.
