Osmar White

Osmar Egmont Dorkin White (1909–1991) was an Australian journalist, war correspondent, and writer renowned for his vivid accounts of the New Guinea Campaign during World War II[1]. Born in Feilding, New Zealand, he covered major events including the liberation of Buchenwald and the German surrender before becoming a prolific author of novels and short stories[2][3]. He also wrote under the pseudonyms Robert Dentry, EM Dorkin, and Maros Gray[1].
