Orval Hobart Mowrer

Orval Hobart Mowrer was an American psychologist and professor at the University of Illinois, known for his research on behavior therapy and his two-factor theory of avoidance learning. He also served as president of the American Psychological Association in 1954 and later developed Integrity Groups and integrity therapy.[1]
