Oliver Jeffers
Oliver Jeffers is an Australian-born Northern Irish artist, illustrator, and author known for his award-winning picture books for children. Born in 1977 in Port Hedland, Western Australia, and raised in Belfast, Northern Ireland, he debuted with 'How to Catch a Star' in 2004 and has since created numerous bestselling titles translated into over fifty languages, with sales exceeding fourteen million copies worldwide. His work spans painting, bookmaking, illustration, collage, performance, and sculpture, and he currently splits his time between Belfast and Brooklyn, New York.
