Ole Risom

Ole Risom (1919-2000) was a Danish-born author, publisher, and influential figure in twentieth-century children's literature, known for roles from art director to publishing executive. Born and raised in Copenhagen, Denmark, he contributed significantly to children's books, including authoring popular titles like I Am a Bunny. Risom also served as T/5 in the Monuments Men during World War II.
