Norman D. Mullins

Norman D. Mullins was a Canadian lawyer, author, and academic known for writing textbooks on labour law and a tribute to Arthur W. Delamont of the Kitsilano Boys Band; he also authored the novel *Mountain Boy*, set on a West Virginia farm.[4][5] He served as Dean of the University of Western Ontario Law School and was designated Queen's Counsel (Q.C.).[1][5][2]
