Norbert Schappacher

Norbert Schappacher is a German mathematician and historian of mathematics born on October 8, 1950, in Essen, Germany[1][2]. He has served as a professor of mathematics at the Université de Strasbourg in France and studied mathematics and philosophy in Bonn, Göttingen, and Berkeley, California[2][3][4].
