Nick Zukin

Nick Zukin is a Portland-based restaurateur and former web developer. He co-founded Kenny & Zuke’s Delicatessen, owns Mi Mero Mole, and co-authored the cookbook *The Artisan Jewish Deli at Home*.[1][4]
