Nicholas Carriero

Nicholas Carriero is a computer scientist at Yale University known for his work in parallel systems design and implementation. He is most closely associated with the Linda project, a software system that creates the illusion of shared memory resources for process communication, and has worked on adaptive parallelism projects that harness idle processors in networked workstations.
