Nicholas Agar

Nicholas Agar is a philosopher and professor of ethics at the University of Waikato in New Zealand, specializing in the ethical implications of technological progress, including artificial intelligence, human enhancement, and the digital revolution. He earned his Ph.D. in Philosophy of Mind from the Australian National University and has authored books such as Humanity’s End: Why We Should Reject Radical Enhancement, Truly Human Enhancement: A Philosophical Defense of Limits, and How to be Human in the Digital Economy, published by MIT Press.
