Marion Nestle is an American molecular biologist, nutritionist, and public health advocate known for her work on the socioeconomic influences on food choice, obesity, and food safety. She is the Paulette Goddard Professor Emerita of Nutrition, Food Studies, and Public Health at New York University and an award-winning author specializing in food politics.
