Neil Sinclair
Neil Sinclair (1944-2019) was a Welsh author and historian renowned for chronicling the history and culture of Cardiff's Tiger Bay community through seminal works such as *The Tiger Bay Story* (1993) and *Endangered Tiger* (2003). He played a pivotal role in the Butetown History & Arts Project, preserving the legacy of this multicultural district. Additionally, under the name Neil T. Sinclair, he edited *Letters from Manchuria*, a collection of missionary letters, and authored books like *Sunderland: City and People Since 1945*.
