Neil Kelly

Neil Kelly, born in Michigan in 1924, learned to tie flies during grade school as a Boy Scout and invented a small cricket-sized fly. He co-authored The Baja Catch with Gene Kira, first published in 1988, which became one of the most popular Baja fishing books.[2][3]
