Natalie Kuldell
Natalie Kuldell is a renowned educator and curriculum developer who founded and serves as Executive Director of BioBuilder, a nonprofit organization focused on bringing synthetic biology into classrooms.[1][2] She earned her undergraduate degree in Chemistry from Cornell University, completed her PhD on bacterial transcription and postdoctoral work on TFIIE at Harvard Medical School, taught at Wellesley College, and joined the MIT Department of Biological Engineering faculty in 2003, where she taught for over a dozen years.[1][2][4] Recognized as a 2020 STEM Trailblazer by Million Women Mentors and recipient of the HA Rey Curiosity Award, she now helps educators worldwide integrate synthetic biology into teaching.[1][4]
