Nancy Silverman

Nancy Silverton is an American chef, baker, restaurateur, and author known for her influential work popularizing sourdough and artisan breads in the United States. She has co-founded and co-owns the Mozza restaurant group in Los Angeles and has received major culinary honors, including the James Beard Foundation's Outstanding Chef Award.
