Nancy Kress
Nancy Kress is a celebrated American science fiction and fantasy writer known for her novella 'Beggars in Spain,' which explores genetically engineered children who do not need to sleep. She has authored over thirty novels and is a six-time Nebula Award winner, as well as a recipient of two Hugo Awards. Kress currently lives in Seattle, Washington, with her husband, author Jack Skillingstead.
