Myles Horton

Myles Horton (1905–1990) was an American educator and political activist best known as the co-founder and leader of the Highlander Folk School in Tennessee, where he trained labor and civil rights activists. His work helped shape adult education, social justice organizing, and democratic education in the United States.[1][2][3]
