Museum Store Association

The Museum Store Association (MSA) is a professional organization dedicated to advancing the nonprofit retail industry and the professionals within it. Through advocacy, education, and collaboration, MSA provides tools and community support to cultural institutions, vendor members, and their commercial partners to enhance visitor experiences.[1] It promotes innovation and service to enrich the museum store sector and support institutions and communities.[2][6]
