Mrs Beeton

Mrs Beeton, born Isabella Mary Mayson, was an English journalist, editor, and writer best known for her influential 1861 book, 'Mrs Beeton's Book of Household Management'. She became one of the most famous figures in Victorian domestic literature, and her work shaped cookery and household advice for generations.
