Mr. Richard Halpern
Richard Halpern, known as 'Mr. Tin Pan Alley,' was an actor, cabaret singer, and voice-over artist born in New York who moved to Los Angeles at age 11 and began acting in school plays. He specialized in popular American songs from the 1910s to 1930s, particularly those of Al Jolson and Eddie Cantor, starting his cabaret career in 1985. He appeared on shows like The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.
