Mort Walker
Mort Walker, born Addison Morton Walker, was an American comic strip writer and cartoonist best known for creating *Beetle Bailey* and co-creating *Hi and Lois*. He was born in El Dorado, Kansas, and became one of the most widely syndicated and influential cartoonists in American comics.[2][4][8]
