Mitchel P Roth

Mitchel P. Roth is a Professor of Criminal Justice and Criminology at Sam Houston State University, known for his scholarly work on war journalism, prison gangs, and the history of crime in America. He holds a Ph.D. in History from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and has authored or edited multiple academic books, including the Historical Dictionary of War Journalism and Power On the Inside: A Global History of Prison Gangs.
