Minoru Fukuda

Minoru Fukuda is a Japanese biochemist and author who earned his PhD from the University of Tokyo in 1973 and later became the Director of the Glycobiology Program at Sanford-Burnham Medical Research Institute. He has edited numerous books on glycobiology and holds an adjunct professorship at the University of California, San Diego, while also being a recipient of the Karl Meyer Award from the Society of Glycobiology.
