Mike Deblieux

Mike Deblieux was a nationally recognized human resources management trainer, consultant, and president of Mike Deblieux Human Resources in Tustin, California. He authored seven books on topics including performance evaluation, corrective action, sexual harassment, and legal issues for managers, and published the blog The Deblieux Report. He served as former President of PIHRA, was a trainer for SHRM, and a frequent speaker at professional conferences before passing away on November 17, 2022.[1][2][3][4]
