Mieke Van Herreweghe

Mieke Van Herreweghe is a Belgian linguist specializing in sign language research, particularly Flemish Sign Language, and gender linguistics. She is a professor at Ghent University and has contributed extensively to the documentation and analysis of sign languages. Her work also includes studies on language variation and education.
