Michele Jaffe

Michele Sharon Jaffe is an American novelist born in Los Angeles, California, known for her works in historical romance, suspense thrillers, and young adult fiction, including the notable Bad Kitty series. She earned a B.A. in 1991 and a Ph.D. in comparative literature in 1998 from Harvard University, worked at the Huntington Library and as a Shakespeare instructor, before leaving academia to pursue writing full-time. She later married and resides in Las Vegas, Nevada.
