Michael Palin
Sir Michael Edward Palin, born on May 5, 1943, in Sheffield, Yorkshire, England, is an English actor, comedian, writer, and television presenter best known as a member of the Monty Python comedy group. After the Monty Python series ended in 1974, he collaborated with Terry Jones on Ripping Yarns and gained fame for his travel documentaries starting in 1980. He received the BAFTA Fellowship in 2013 and was knighted in 2019.
