Michael Nelson
Michael Nelson (1921–1990), known as "Mickey," was a British novelist and former bookseller whose first novel, Knock or Ring (1957), drew on his experiences in the book trade. He is best known for A Room in Chelsea Square (1958), originally published anonymously and later regarded as a gay classic; he also wrote under the pseudonym Henry Stratton.
