Michael J. A. Howe (1940–2002) was a British cognitive psychologist known for his research on talent, expertise, and the development of exceptional performance. He argued that genius is shaped by environment, personality, and sustained hard work rather than being purely innate, and wrote *Genius Explained* on the topic.[1][2]
