Michael George King

Michael King (1945–2004) was a New Zealand historian, writer, and biographer known for his accessible histories of New Zealand and its people. Over more than three decades, he wrote or edited more than 30 books and contributed to major reference works, including the Oxford History of New Zealand and The Dictionary of New Zealand Biography.
